Prepress
Equipped with fully computerized packaging planning work-flow system from Esko to convert complex designs into printing plates & blocks without any data loss and error but with ease.
- Kodak CTP Trendsetter 800 - In-house Computer-to-Plate (CTP)
- Glunz& Jensen Raptor 85 Thermal Plate Processor
- CDI Spark Flexo CTP for Labels to be able to achieve even 1% dots for better halftone images
- Epson Stylus Pro 9900 Digital Printer for digital proofing. The system is calibrated with the printing machine, hence enables the customer to view a proof far before the actual print to make a decision. The proof is somewhat 90% close to the actual print.
- XE-10 Kongsberg Sample/Prototype Maker for preparing dummy cartons with a possibility of creasing, cutting and perforation to have an actual look and feel of the product without the actual printing run. The dummy sample can be prepared in as much as 30 minutes.
